The Chancellor's Leadership Program (CLP) is a 3.5 year cohort leadership development program guided by the Social Change Model of Leadership Development (SCM). Through a two step application process, CLP offers a cohort of first year students an opportunity to commit to a program of social change and learning that will contribute to their education and their communities. Throughout the program, CLP Fellows are expected to complete a number of activities, including identifying their passion(s), embracing their leadership style and strengths, participating in leadership development seminars, community service, and the completion of a Social Change Project. Upon completion of the program, Fellows are prepared to live the TCU Mission Statement and are equipped with the knowledge and skills to create positive change in their communities on a local, national and global scale.
