State of Leadership Conference 
The State of Leadership Conference is an annual event open to students from Texas Christian University (TCU) and regional universities. The conference aims to motivate and prepare students to make positive social change in their communities. Each year, the planning committee chooses a theme that is explored and emphasized throughout the conference by keynote speakers and panelists, education sessions and case studies, and community agency visits. The conference is a coordinated by the TCU Leadership Center and the BNSF Next Generation Leadership Program in the Neeley School of Business. The LeaderShape Institute
The LeaderShape Institute is an interactive, energizing, and unique experience that builds leadership skills no other program can match. National Character and Leadership Symposium @ Air Force Academy
The United States Air Force Academy Center for Character Development hosts an annual National Character and Leadership Symposium in February at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. NCLS brings together prominent political, military, academic, sports, and corporate leaders to challenge visiting students and cadets with their ideas and experiences in various forums. Approximately 200 undergraduate students from across the US are hosted by the Academy to participate in the Symposium and to interact with top cadets. National Conference on Ethics in America @ West Point
This 3-day annual conference is hosted by the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. The NCEA’s purpose is to heighten awareness of ethical issues among undergraduate students. Each year, the conference welcomes approximately 150 students from around the country. The TCU Leadership Center typically sends two students who possess a passion from promoting high ethical standards and who endeavor to work for positive change on TCU’s campus.
